Tumbling Classes (Ages Walking- 6 years old)

Little Tumbler and Me- Ages (Walking- 2 years old + Adult) Little Tumbler and Me will focus on bonding, fun, safe movement, and very basic gymnastics readiness with a caregiver.

Toddler Tumbling-(3 & 4 Years old) Toddler classes focus on developing balance, coordination, strength, and confidence through age-appropriate activities like rolling, jumping, climbing, and stretching. Classes often include games, music, to help toddlers explore movement while improving body awareness and social skills.

Kinder Tumble (Ages: 5 & 6) Kinder Tumble is designed for children ages 5–6 who are entering or finishing Kindergarten. This class focuses on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence through beginner tumbling skills, obstacle courses, and fun movement games. Athletes will work on forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheel progressions, bridges, and balance activities while learning to follow directions and work independently.

Daytime Open Tumbling (Walking-6 Years of age) Join us for a fun, flexible daytime session where kids can tumble, jump, and explore in a safe, supervised environment! Perfect for homeschool families, walking-preschoolers (parent supervision), or anyone looking for daytime activity and movement.

Open Tumbling- (Ages 7-17)‍

Open Tumble- (Ages 7-18 ) Open Tumbling class is usually less structured than a leveled tumbling program. It gives athletes time to work on what they need most (cheer, acro, gymnastics, or personal goals).

Tumbling Classes (Ages 7-17 years old)

Tumbling 1 Beginning Tumbling Skills (Grades 2nd-4th Grade)
No previous tumbling experience required. Tumblers should be comfortable working independently, as we rotate through stations and not all skills are one-on-one with an instructor.
This class introduces foundational tumbling skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Focus Skills: Handstands, Backbends, Walkovers (front and back), Cartwheels (including one-handed), Roundoffs

Tumble 1 (Advanced) - Intermediate Tumbling Skills (Grades 2nd-4th Grade) Designed for athletes who have mastered beginner-level skills and are ready to advance their technique.
To enroll in this class, athletes must independently perform: Handstand, Cartwheel or Roundoff, Back Walkover, Front Walkover. This class builds strength, control, and confidence while progressing toward advanced tumbling combinations. Tumblers will be grouped by skills level. Advanced athletes will also be introduced to aerials, back handsprings and combination tumbling passes.

Acro for Dancers (Ages 10+) This class is designed for dancers working on or already performing skills such as walkovers, front/side aerials, and other acro techniques. Dancers will focus on proper technique, strength, flexibility, leaps, and jumps to improve performance and confidence on the dance floor.
